Ms. Jeny R J is a Research scholar in the domain of Employability skills and Teachers’ role in Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She holds a Post Graduate in Master of Business Administration in Finance and Human Resources and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Kerala. She has qualified UGC-NET in 2013.

With an experience crossing 8 years, she commenced her career as an HR Executive at Aries Group of Companies. Prior to her current position at Lourdes Matha, Ms. Jeny R J served as Lecturer in IHRD, Kalanjoor Pathanamthitta.

She has published seven articles in UGC Care-listed, Scopus, and peer-reviewed journals and has presented ten papers at international and national conferences. She has also served as a resource person for numerous training programs.
